Support — how to reach us
Use the Support form on this site. A mail draft can go to support@hoahag.com. We help with how to use Fight Coach, bugs, and opening a kit you already have. We do not advise on your case, file documents, talk to your HOA or counsel, or guarantee outcomes. Response target: 1–2 business days, America/Chicago.
Complaints
1) Send the form or a mail draft: what went wrong and what you want. 2) We acknowledge and look at the product — not your HOA packet as counsel. 3) Product bugs: we fix. Disagreement with AI or prompt content: we clarify educational limits; we may improve copy; we do not guarantee legal results. 4) Legal threats, trademark claims, or claims that this site is practicing law go to the operator. We may pause a routine reply and talk to counsel. That does not make us your lawyer.
Your job
You review and send every communication. You generate drafts in your own AI accounts from our prompts. You verify statutes and deadlines. You consult a licensed attorney where the property sits. A pending complaint is not a reason to skip a hearing.
