Services that receive data

Stripe. Stripe is not taking a card payment. A free Texas sign-up can store the email on a Stripe customer record so the kit can be opened again. No card number is sent. No charge is made.

Vercel. Hosts hoahag.com. Page loads and form posts, including a snap photo, go to that host. It counts page views by day: Facebook, Instagram, another site, or a direct open. The saved record is those four numbers. It does not include a name, email, address, or full IP address. Daily counts cover free sign-ups and views of the What you get section on the homepage. Those counts are numbers only.

Meta. A pixel sends PageView, Lead, CompleteRegistration, and ViewContent. For a new free signup, our server can also send Meta a hashed email, the IP address, and the browser.

Resend or SMTP. We do not email a sign-in link. Open the kit from the email you used to sign up.

A file on our server. Ask Fight Coach sends the question there. The saved text is cut to 400 characters. Email addresses, phone numbers, Social Security number patterns, and account-number phrases are replaced. A question that looks like a street address or a cause number is stored as a redacted note. The file keeps the latest 500 questions and has no deletion date. If the file cannot be written, the question is not saved. To help other homeowners, HOA Hag may save the questions you ask, with your name, address, case details, and amounts removed, and add them to a shared list of common questions. We never publish anything that identifies you. You can opt out anytime in Settings. The shared question does not include an email or a user id, so opting out in Settings stops future saves and cannot remove a question already stored. An other-states signup stores that email and state in a separate file, also with no deletion date. On Vercel that signup file is written in a temporary folder. Address forms on the Texas, Florida, Nevada, Arizona, and Tennessee pages store the street, city, and ZIP in another private file for later review. That file is not shown on the public page. On Vercel it is written in a temporary folder.

Snap label, in memory. The photo is sent so the server can confirm it is an image and choose a document type from the file name and any chips you tap. Those image bytes are then cleared and are not written to a file. There is no OCR service. The document-type label stays in server memory for 10 minutes. The next lookup after that deletes it.

Google Drive, ChatGPT, and Grok do not receive data from our servers. Those are links you open.

What we keep, and for how long

Email. On the free sign-up until you ask us to delete it. A waitlist email stays in that signup file. The code sets no end date for that file.

Property address. On the free sign-up, and in this browser until you clear site data.

Case notes. Fight Coach answers, checklist ticks, and filenames you type stay in this browser until you clear site data. That notebook is not uploaded.

Photos. We do not keep the picture. Snap clears it after the image check. A file question on this phone stores the filename in your notes, not the image.

Sign-in cookie. The kit session, for 180 days, or until you sign out.

Visit counts. Daily totals stay for 40 days, then the older days are dropped. Views of What you get use that same 40 days. Free Texas sign-ups are counted from the sign-up file, which this page does not delete on a timer. An other-states email adds a daily number that is dropped after 40 days. The email itself stays in the signup file. A cookie on this browser stores only the source word (Facebook, Instagram, other, or direct) until the browser session ends, so later pages on this site stay in that bucket.

Delete your Fight Coach account and data

Fight Coach on iPhone and Android has a Delete my account and data control. It clears the kit unlock on that device, reminders you saved, and notice photos saved only on that device. If you send an email, that email is removed from the other-states list. A street, city, and ZIP you send are removed from the state-address file when they match. A Stripe customer tied to the unlock on that device is deleted when Stripe accepts it. Saved coaching questions on the server do not include your email, so that file cannot be matched to you. On the website, use the same words in an email to support@hoahag.com.

Ask us to delete something

Email support@hoahag.com and name what to delete: the sign-up email, the property address, a waitlist email, or saved questions. Clearing this site’s data in the browser removes the notes on this phone.
